Below, you'll find the step-by-step guide to participating in this exciting, FREE program.

Step 1: Sign Up

Complete the Google Form: Below, access the Pen-Pal Program sign-up form. Share relevant information about your family and child, including their name, age, interests, and any specific requests.

Step 2: Pairing Process

Our team will carefully review your responses and pair your child with a suitable pen-pal based on their age, interests, and any special requests you've mentioned.

Step 3: Introduction

Once paired, you will receive an introductory email with contact details for your child's pen-pal and their family. Feel free to reach out to them and introduce yourselves.

Step 4: Communication Guidelines

Keep communications respectful, safe, and appropriate for all ages. Remember to respect privacy and online etiquette. Feel free to share health-related tips, family stories, or engage in friendly discussions.

Step 5: Monthly Themes and Activities

To keep the pen-pal experience engaging, we will introduce monthly themes or activities. You can discuss these topics, share experiences, and even collaborate on fun projects.

Our team is here to provide support and address any concerns. We encourage you to share your experiences and suggestions in our dedicated group chat or forum.
